This time may change depending on customers availability.

Yes, usually Saturdays will be between 8:30am through 3:00pm.

GPC will set up a meeting with you to determine the condition of the roof. If we identify damage on your roof or property, we will report our findings, and later, your insurance adjuster will help you with our recommendations. A trained GPC representative will guide you each step of the way to ensure you get a fair settlement from your insurance company.

Easy Steps in the Insurance Claims Process

Ask the insurance representative to make an appointment for the adjuster to inspect the roof and any other damage you have incurred at your home. The adjuster usually arrives within a week after filing the claim.

The insurance adjuster will call beforehand to make an appointment with you. Please write down the adjuster's name and contact details.

Set up the appointment and contact your GPC Roofing representative to give him the time and date and the adjuster's contact information.

If the roof is determined to have storm damage during the meeting, then you will receive a check from the insurance company for a portion of the claim in most cases. The first check is due as a down payment when the job is completed. Upon completion of the installation, your GPC representative will do a final inspection.

Please mention any items that need attention, if any exist. A final invoice will be faxed or mailed directly to the insurance company, and a copy will be sent to you. Upon receipt of the final insurance check, the invoice is due.

Please contact your GPC representative to pick up the final check.
